We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.</p> <h3>5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items</h3> <p>If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.</p> <h3>6. Refunds</h3> <p>Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
